A natural concrete finish with a slight sheen.
The down stairs floor was steel trowelled to achieve a smooth finish. The upstairs floor was lightly ground to a smooth finish while exposing the aggregate. X220 Moisture Fix® was used at time of pour as a curing compound to cure the concrete equal to water pond curing, to form a moisture barrier and also densify and harden the concrete to reduce dusting. Once the house was completely finished, X400 Lustre Shield was applied to protect the concrete surface and also give a light sheen to the concrete surface.
