BIOGRAPHY: Louise Howell

Louise joined Oxtek Solutions in March 2014 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in November 2020, following six years of successfully driving the company’s business development and growth.

Before joining Oxtek Solutions, Louise built an extensive 22-year career in the trade and protective industrial coatings industry, giving her more than three decades of experience across concrete, coatings, flooring and construction-related markets.

Throughout her career, Louise has been involved in numerous major developments across the commercial, healthcare, retail, residential and recreational sectors, working closely with architects, engineers, builders, contractors, flooring professionals and distributors.

As CEO, Louise has been instrumental in expanding Oxtek Solutions’ presence, developing new markets, strengthening industry partnerships and increasing awareness of Oxtek’s concrete protection technologies.

Education has also been a major focus of Louise’s role. She has driven Oxtek Solutions’ Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs, presenting to architects, engineers and construction professionals throughout Australia and New Zealand and helping the industry better understand concrete protection, moisture management and long-term building performance.

Louise combines extensive industry experience with a practical, hands-on approach and remains actively involved with customers and major projects — from initial consultation and specification through to application and project completion.

Her focus is simple: continue growing Oxtek Solutions while providing practical, environmentally responsible solutions that save projects time, reduce costs and deliver long-term performance.
