BIOGRAPHY: Karolyn Woods

Karolyn joined Oxtek Solutions in 2006 and, as one of our longest-serving team members, brings almost two decades of company, customer and product knowledge to her role as Head Office Manager.

Karolyn oversees the day-to-day operations of the Oxtek head office, with responsibilities spanning accounts, payroll, customer accounts, project specifications, warranty administration, stock control and logistics.

She also manages key business systems including CRM and Xero, while providing ongoing support to customers, distributors, suppliers and the wider Oxtek team.

With her extensive knowledge of Oxtek’s products, systems and processes, Karolyn plays an important role in keeping the business running efficiently and ensuring customers receive friendly, professional and reliable support.
