Since he has used X200 Densi-Proof, he has never had a failure or problem at all with moisture related issues and uses it on every installation as a moisture barrier in itself or as an additional safeguard under all coatings and membranes, just in case of damage that may occur to the topical coating. He has used it on roof decks, walls, lift shafts and slabs that are below ground, which are subject to hydro-static pressure with total success.
